Sometimes I like to experiement with ideas in Anime Studio. Often I will see some effect in a movie or animation and want to duplicate it just for fun or maybe for a specific project. In this tutorial I will describe a technique for creating a "sci-fi" type "display panel" with spinning dials and moving lights that requires no key frames or animating of any kind. All the motion is started on frame 0 and uses Noisy key frame interpolation to create the action and motion.
This effect can be used in an animation with Anime Studio or it could be used to composite over live footage as a movie special effect.
